Yesterday, our 7th grade AVID students had the opportunity to visit Texas A&M University–Kingsville! During their visit, they learned about the different advising offices, explored the variety of majors offered, learned about the housing facilities, and discovered so much more about college life and the opportunities available to them in the future. #CSPisAVID

📢 CCISD Summer Chromebook Reminder 💻☀️
Students currently in grades 5–11 will keep their district-issued Chromebook over the summer as part of CCISD’s “1:1 for Everyone” initiative! Students are encouraged to use their devices for summer learning, tutoring, camps, and educational resources.
Please help students take care of their Chromebook by keeping it charged, stored safely, and used responsibly. Devices will return with students for the 2026–2027 school year.

6th grade Science participated in a NASA created engineering challenge where they had to design and test multiple prototypes before finalizing their design and competing against all of 6th grade. #Wearewolves
